Chief Agronomy Officer

Robert Clark

Robert Clark joins the Agrilabs Studio team with over a decade of experience in the ag industry, with roles focused on agronomy, field research, and sales support. As a native of north-central Illinois, he brings experience from both the industry side, and active involvement in the day-to-day business of a family run corn and soybean operation.  Prior to beginning his professional career with Monsanto in 2013, Robert received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Illinois in Crop Sciences. With a passion for high yield management systems, he dedicates a lot of attention on raising higher crop yields with products and services that balance innovation, practicality and efficiency.

Sales/ Marketing Lead

Bailey Wight

Bailey Wight is from the Bloomington/Normal area in central Illinois. She started her college career at Black Hawk East in Galva, IL, and then transferred to the University of Illinois where she received her degree in Crop Science. While attending college she completed various internships managing seed corn trials to working in soybean breeding programs with various programs. After college, she started her career with Pioneer as a research associate where she managed and collected data on various trials of corn and soybeans. She also was in charge of a cover crop system that focused on introducing new crops into a crop rotation.

Clay Pfeifer

Clay Pfeifer grew up and attended high school in Pontiac, Illinois, but you often find him at his
family’s farm in Mazon, Illinois. He completed his degree at Illinois State University majoring in Agronomy Management. While attending college he had various internships with Precision Planting, Bayer Crop Science, and Advanced Agrilytics focusing on agronomy and field observations throughout growing seasons.
